Download Zano Wallet
The official desktop wallet for the Zano blockchain. Free, open source, and built for full self-custody on Windows, macOS, and Linux — no signup, no email, no KYC.
Current desktop release: v2.0.4
What’s inside the desktop release
Every install ships the full feature set — no add-ons, no premium tier, nothing held back behind an account.
Full self-custody
A 24-word seed phrase generated locally on your machine. Your keys never leave the device. No accounts, no recovery email, no third-party custodian.
No KYC, no signup
No identity verification, no email, no phone number. Install, generate a wallet, transact. The desktop app collects zero personal data.
Open source
The full Zano source tree is published and auditable. Builds are reproducible — anyone can verify the binary matches the public code.
15-minute first sync
A signed predownload checkpoint compresses the initial blockchain sync from days to roughly 15 minutes on broadband connections.
Built-in staking
Stake any amount directly from the wallet. Stakes are hidden by Zano's confidential transactions — your balance and rewards stay private.
Integrated mining
Solo or pool mining is built into the desktop client. No separate miner binary needed to contribute hashpower from the same machine.
Install in three steps
The desktop installer is self-contained. From download to a synced wallet typically takes about twenty minutes.

Why download from zanowallet.io
Single official source. Mirror sites and third-party download portals routinely repackage crypto wallets with added telemetry or, in worst cases, modified seed-generation code. The only build we stand behind is the one served from this domain.
No account, ever. The desktop app does not phone home, does not require an email address, and does not collect analytics. There is no server-side record of who downloaded the wallet.
Auditable code. The full source tree is public. Independent reviewers and contributors can verify the binary matches what is claimed — a level of accountability custodial wallets can’t offer.
Long-term release line. Zano Wallet is maintained alongside the underlying blockchain. New releases ship through the same canonical URL pattern, so bookmarking /download is enough.

Initial blockchain sync completes in approximately 15 minutes via predownload checkpoint, rather than the multi-day full-sync required for some other privacy-coin wallets.
