You shouldn't have to opt into privacy.

Most 'private' crypto wallets make privacy a setting you toggle on. The catch: when only the privacy-conscious use the privacy features, the network of private transactions gets smaller — easier to analyze, easier to single you out. Privacy-by-toggle defeats itself.

Privacy by Default

Every transaction is obfuscated using ring signatures and stealth addresses automatically.

No Signup

We don't want your data. Generate a seed phrase locally and connect directly to the network.

Desktop Native

Built in C++ and Qt for maximum performance and security on your local machine.

Hidden-amount staking

How Zano Wallet works

Three steps from a fresh download to a fully self-custodial wallet on the Zano blockchain.

1. Download

Grab the official Zano Wallet download for Windows, macOS, or Linux from zanowallet.io. No account, no email, no waiting list.

2. Generate your seed

The app generates a 24-word seed phrase locally on your machine. Write it down and store it offline — that phrase is your wallet.

3. Send, receive, stake

First sync finishes in roughly 15 minutes. From there you can transact, stake, or mine — all from one desktop app.

Built for the Zano blockchain

Zano is a privacy-focused proof-of-work and proof-of-stake hybrid blockchain with confidential transactions, hidden-amount staking, and Confidential Assets baked into the protocol. Zano Wallet is the desktop client that gives you a clean way to interact with that chain — sending, receiving, staking, and mining without touching a custodial exchange.

Not to be confused with the e-bike brand or the home-decor company that share the name. If you’re here for the cryptocurrency, you’re in the right place.Learn what Zano is →
